The switch between the toolkits (plates, cups and knives) is carried out in a simple and quick way and thus meeting the needs of those clients who want to increase their products portfolio without the necessity to purchase new machines.
In effect, these toolkits permit to process different fruits on machines which were not originally designed to process them.
